トップページ の script に全番組の情報が入ってたのでそれを利用しています。 対応内容が無理やり過ぎる気もするので気に入らない場合は close してください。

https://www.onsen.ag/web_api/programs.json から配信中の番組情報が JSON で取得できるようになったようなので、これをパースした方がよいのではないかと思います。
