1. Unsized cards

Screenshot 2024-10-17 155511 It is visible that the size of John Doe's card under the patient management section is not correct. It needs to be fixed as it is ruining the whole look of the webpage.

2. Patient Management's Contact section

Screenshot 2024-10-17 155846 It is taking alphabets as a valid form of input as well. If we can have email as well, there should be a different section to it, else we should label it as per the convenience of the patient.

3. Not all doctors are showing the appointment management section

4. AboutUs section updates

Making it a bit detailed and more descriptive by adding sections such as vision, funds, etc., so as to make a transparent system.
