have completed all steps to get to Vas Thorel, I hail him and do not get the proper response and never get the spawns to farm heads. Vas Thorel says, "You have done well Human, on behalf of the kin we thank you." I then travel to the spawn location but just stand and play songs.
restarted it 3 times with same result. I cannot get past this turn in with Vas Thorel to finish the 1.5 pre-quest
