Enable "Average blank value at each time point" option in Media Background menu #34

This should add a radio button to the Media background menu. If selected it should pass the string "average.layout" to the blank.value parameter of the R function gcat.analysis.main.

Also, this option should only be available if Single-plate is selected in the Plate Type menu.
