Peris: Some people usually export data from TECAN software with the temperature values in a second column, file attached (Plate#9_2_AFEX_RT.txt), could be interesting that GCAT continue working although that column is present in that way you don't need to remove it manually. I know that is only one column and it doesn't take so much time to do it by your own but it is a suggestion.
Only keep the columns that GCAT recognizes, e.g. by header and data type. This will make GCAT simply throw out a temperature column and any other superfluous columns that don't contain time or OD.
