Fix name update hack now that custom options are working right #4

The name update is now broken in the latest beta - it was a bad hack anyway. Fortunately, see https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21350#p166315 - this update works right for me....please confirm?

eesh. needs work. hang about and I'll try again once I sort this out with the latest beta.
