This is still under development but could be checked for issues on what already exists.

missing a 3 panel tabbed interface with navigation dots for top of sidebar (stats).

highvoltag3 commented 11 years ago

Should we go with a custom widget for this?

I'm open to your suggested approach. A single text widget with markup is acceptable for me…but obviously it's more vulnerable to being screwed up by somebody and no revisions (like posts) for widget content. So the best practice would probably be to use custom text widgets and put the html in sidebar.php. What's your effort estimation for the two approaches? As long as it's not a lot longer, let's do it the best way :)

the primary nav is supposed to have the slant graphic extending to the background at right.

Also I appreciate the CSS approach...but the jagged line is not pleasant. Can we use a graphic instead?

We need a Youth page as per the template

Consortium Map - Member Directory

We have not migrated this page: http://street-soldiers.org/consortium_members.htm

And do not have a solution in place for the Directory yet. We talked about this for months. Time for action. Believe we agreed upon a dynamic table?

i'm guessing you would prefer new issues for each of these? or is it ok to keep them in this thread?

submenu extends over the container border at right:

On interior pages we talked about having the submenus appear in the sidebar automatically:

It would be nice to have them as separate issues so I can address them separately and in case there's comments the thread is clear.

just one more here, since it's pretty straightforward. small issue with primary nav on hover - little line beneath the highlighted item:

highvoltag3 commented 11 years ago

Could you please break this up :p some of them are already closed ;)

ycb commented 11 years ago

The little line in the primary nav still appears for the current menu item

and what about a contextual navigation menu in the sidebar, as per the 9th comment here? that can be a stretch goal...but we did talk about this (remember the mobile comp with navigation dots? then we decided we could use prev/next buttons instead...and a sidebar menu for laptop/tablet)

highvoltag3 commented 11 years ago

"and what about a contextual navigation menu in the sidebar, as per the 9th comment here?"
Please break this up (what ever is not done) into separate issues, it's really hard and time consuming to figure out what's what. :( sorry
