fly out menu styling - also confirm these links work on mobile devices #51

Still have issues with the menu....

  1. current item is taller than the rest of the items, which causes a nasty jump on hover:

  1. drop down menus open on click not hover. this makes it impossible to access the parent of a 2nd level (fly out menu):

ex: Leadership Academy link no longer works b/c it has a fly out

also see how the fly out triangle is not vertically center aligned?

ipad menu has a bug too:

Similarly...the current page gets extra padding which results in jump on hover for the drop down:

think I mentioned this earlier in the week?

Just lost quite a bit of time on this only to notice that you overwrote the latest style file (so what I did yesterday --which is here on git BTW-- with an old modified version or something).

This was fixed along with other menu issues here. fd1120b72a9bfc2438a2e3ad4c34a5a7271f1ba2 and here 414d0acb0c9cdc2e17a92439606b80dc23ed73a0

BTW that's an actual iPad simulator so real IOS and the safari app opened not a browser doing tricks... (just learned that I'll show you next time we meet) it can be inspected with safari and all really cool.

Can't wait to see!

It sounds like I messed up the menu styles somehow? I am sorry :( The only conflict I saw had to do with the social media links in the footer, which I resolved no problem.

Also - my apologies for pulling you off BEST for A&F stuff. Just trying to get all the details right….

Though I did notice one not so normal part -- the current menu still gets a big grey box?
