[x] delete remote database access from cpanel (security hole)
[x] find replace two times: http://174.132.145.219/ to http://198.57.149.6/ AND http://198.57.149.6/~omega25/wp to http://stayaliveandfree.org (make sure the site loads at the final destination URL and not at the 1st IP -- which changed -- or the current IP)
[x] minify all files
[x] create a final backup of the theme and db
[x] set up .htaccess redirection

No need for .htaccess redirection but marked as checked.

also cleaned up a TON of junk all over, 11 inactive plugins, a bunch of junk inside themes folder, some more.
