Update public domain link in download pop up #128

@miriamschroers What is this issue referring to? As far as I can tell the link is working, ex:

http://10.5.96.187:3000/catalog/tms:223

1) Click "Download Selected Image" button 2) Click "Using Images of Works in the Public Domain"

After we launch new site, the link will be new. Just a reminder to update it later.

They are definitely different, but the rights reserved URL page seems to have disappeared! “The requested page could not be found.” Will investigate further.

Usage: original intent: for images in which the Center holds and retains rights.  Examples: architectural images, installation shots, events, portraits, or YCBA is administrator for artists’ / estate rights.) 

current use: this status and URL was repurposed to apply to situations where the object may be public domain, but other parties may have interest in rights to the image(s) of the object in question. (ex: images provided by dealers or taken by outside photographers with different contractual terms, etc…)

Content: Photographic images may be protected by copyright or have additional restrictions on use. Larger images of the work may not be available at this time.   See Using Images and Terms of Use for further information.

@yulgit1 Melissa confirmed that we should reinstate the copyright statement in the pop-up window for download, as we used to (see screenshots earlier in this thread) with links to Creative Commons and RightsStatements.org instead of our local rights pages of course. @mxgold do I have this right?

Could we better align the popup language with our new implementation of standardized rights. Use of icon in place of previous text might be ideal, if it is possible? See mockup attached.
