remove nationalities from creators in search results #474

To remove nationalities initially tried using the field display_author_ss, but that field didn't have qualifiers. Created a new field qualified_author_ss In collections-test.britishart.yale.edu that should fix this. @edgartdata if this looks good to you I will promote to prod.
