What steps will reproduce the problem?

Sorry, phone submitted without me being able to enter info. Jelly Bean OS and 
the seconds on the two secondary timers are not visible. Timer alarm only 
vibrates once, even in "Insistent" mode. LED not functional on Samsung S3.

I have the same problem with my two phones:
Google Nexus, Android 4.1.1
Galaxy SIII, Android 4.1.2
