Timer goes off, add count up #118

When alarm goes off, would be really nice if the clock would start to count up 
so you know how long the alarm has been going off in case you don't hear it.  
Especially important for me in kitchen when baking.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Thunder bolt
Android Version?
ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
