Truncated display on Galaxy S4 #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.always occurs
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: can see minutes and seconds on all three timers (x:xx)

Actual: The large, top, timer shows the correct format, but the smaller two 
timers only show the tens (first digit) of the seconds (x:x)

Please include the following info:
Phone model?

Samsung Galaxy S4

Android Version?

4.2.2

ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
