no sound at all for notification #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set alarm.
2. When alarm should ring it does not, not at all.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Sony Ericsson Xperia arc S
Android Version? 4.0.4.
ROM? Plenty

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
