no sound. it used to work fine, now just vibrates #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.normal operation
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect the usual rooster call, but it just silently vibrates

Please include the following info:
Phone model? samsung galaxy note 3
Android Version?  not sure, whatever comes w it
ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
