Add press-and-hold actions for each timer #28

Here are some actions that could pop up on press-and-hold:

* Pause (if running)
* Reset (if running, resets to original amount of time specified)
* Start (if not running)
* List of presets...selecting a preset automatically sets the timer and starts 
it.

Yes, I was surprised to see there was no way to pause a timer.
