No sound LG Vortex #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set custom sound
2.set timer 
3.wait
4.phone only vibrates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the timer to ring, it only vibrates
Please include the following info:
Phone model? LG Vortex
Android Version?2.2
ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
