About the config yaml of CTW1500 dataset #4

I ran the total-text and the results were good, so I would like to try the CTW1500 dataset. Could you please provide the config yaml for CTW1500, thanks.

Thank you for your attention. You can directly use the total-text config by changing the size of the test image to (704, 1056). We will release the config for the v2 version of CTW1500 in the future.
