Hi, I try installing YMC for vim on FreeBSD 14. I compiled successfully with the --all flag on Fedora and Ubuntu. But on FreeBSD I get:
make[2]: stopped in /tmp/ycm_build_7pc728t1 5 warnings generated. 1 error make[3]: stopped in /tmp/ycm_build_7pc728t1 --- _deps/absl-build/absl/time/CMakeFiles/absl_time_zone.dir/all --- *** [_deps/absl-build/absl/time/CMakeFiles/absl_time_zone.dir/all] Error code 2 make[2]: stopped in /tmp/ycm_build_7pc728t1 2 errors make[2]: stopped in /tmp/ycm_build_7pc728t1 --- ycm/CMakeFiles/ycm_core.dir/rule --- *** [ycm/CMakeFiles/ycm_core.dir/rule] Error code 2
I know that FreeBSD is not officially supported, but I would appreciate any hint.

@robert-winkler You did not paste the actual error, nor the commit hash of ycmd that you are using.
Either way, you can tell YCM to link against your system abseil.
