Clean-up: remove deprecated class `pFormula` #21

Currently, the only package on CRAN still using pFormula is cquad (version 2.2).

Clean-up: remove deprecated class pFormula once package cquad switched to the current plm facilities without pFormula. Maintainer and developer of cquad were notified and were provided a patch in Jan 2022. Development repository of cquad incl. this patch is https://github.com/fravale/cquad_dev/.

Package cquad version 2.3 without plm's class pFormula was released to CRAN 2023-02-28.
