Upgrade to SciPy 1.14.x #1648

Greetings,

SciPy 1.14.0 was released on June 24, 2024. ydata-profiling currently requires scipy>=1.4.1, <1.14 . Please increase the upper bound to allow SciPy 1.14.x.
