stabilizing endpoints_grpc/ut::ShouldHandleClientDisconnection #1480

Start and Stop are async calls which don't return futures so unfortunately we need to use Sleeps in tests. Added more sleep iterations, using better assert variations, stopping endpoints upon test failure to avoid asan leak reports.
