Synchronize with ydb server 24.2.7 #47

the fix will break go sdk compilation. it needs to change go sdk behavior for unexpected messages and remove WrittenInTx or change the PR for save the message WrittenInTx

We can synchronize the protos with a newer version of ydb. Is this an option?
