[PaginatedTable] chunks overlap in Storage nodes table #1268

The reason was display: block; on TableChunk - was fixed in https://github.com/ydb-platform/ydb-embedded-ui/pull/1234, it's not reproduced anymore.

I will update row height, so it matches actual row elements height
