I'm using this for Minecraft... It works except it won't let me use the port of 10100.. full thing is 104.156.246.111:10100

This is unrelated to YDNS. Our service does not limit the use of any ports, as it just provides an alias (hostname) to a dynamic IP address when using this for dynamic DNS purposes.

Please have a look at the documentation for your router firewall to check on how you can permit the access to the requested port.
