implement death

dying is a natural part of life. (tho it may not be necessary [ie jellyfish] and would be escapable with the right technology) make it so that humans have a bell curve around some dna-coded death age.

perhaps implement a more robust modular system around storing probabilities/probability checks, that way we could easily update, say, the height algo or the death chance algo individually, without diving too deep into the code.
