corus.server.host.name should be a first class corus property #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. corus.server.host.name is not available in corus properties

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
corus.server.host.name should give the hostname the deployment is running on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
