Fix Web::Server source maps #44

Yeah::Web::Server is currently without source map support. Fix this.

Source maps for game code now appears to work. Framework code source maps paths are incorrect (e.g. /assets/yeah/web/yeah/web/setup.map for /assets/yeah/web/setup.rb).
