Add UI to view current items in network #4

This UI will help with debugging and general monitoring of the network. It might also make automatic bottleneck detection possible.

I believe the Cybersyn mod added a similar screen.

Implemented an initial version in efc50c306bbc521700cb5bca8fea57d566220ed8. The new panel is opened with CONTROL + SHIFT + N and displays all items currently stored in the network.

This is good progress but I can't help but think it's missing something... I'll play-test a little and see if anything jumps out.
