Motivation and Context

• test out the yPT-weETH & yPT-USDe strategies (auto-rolling Pendle PT strategies) after successful review rounds
• deposit limits of $50k for each strategy

• several weeks of tests of previous versions (very similar in main mechanics) & Foundry tests in the issue: https://github.com/yearn/yearn-strategies/issues/651
