This budget includes development of smart contracts, subgraph, frontend, tally integration, docs, alert system, external security audit and deployment costs. Doesn't include UI/UX designs and creative tasks associated with the project, but assistance will be required from corresponding teams.

Finish the development of Serpentor smart contracts written in Vyper.
Prepare and coordinate a smart contract security audit from an external provider.
Implement improvements to solve the findings of the security audit report.
Deploy Testnet contracts for integration development including UI/API/subgraph.
Deploy final versions of smart contracts on Ethereum Mainnet.
Coordinate with Yearn's Design team to establish web app UI/UX.
Develop and deploy a subgraph based on frontend requirements.
Develop and deploy an app on yearn.finance frontend to access established use cases.
Integrate with Tally.xyz UI and API in supported use cases.
Create docs for app and repos.
Coordinate with yCreative team for launch.
Create an alert system with telegram support.
Implement improvements and maintain codebase once released.

A testing period will be recommended, transitioning low risk contracts first to ensure system is validated and fully tested before moving onto core contracts with higher amount of funds at risk.

Gambito - Will continue contributing to veYFI frontend development once contracts get deployed, with no additional budget request.
