Scope

Maintain yearn documentation and knowledge base. I keep in contact with the people building vaults v3, yeth, ycrv, ybal, ydaemon, exporter, subgraph, and any other initiative that has a need for documentation. I've also been working with ycreative and corn to lend a hand whenever needed.

I have been working around yearn documentation, articles, socials, and sometimes frontend, since Jan 2022. It's been a year now since I do weekly reporting of what was done: #69, #90, #103, #112. (request 112 ends on the date I propose this one to begin: 05/28)

Plan

• Maintain yearn-devdocs updated with current/new products
  • yearn vaults v2 (vault factory updates, and in the future help transition to v3 docs)
  • v3 (core docs are done and queued for merge when released. working on extra docs to facilitate partner's integration)
  • yCRV (update docs according to vl-yCRV deployment which is on-hold)
  • yETH (document boostrap and protocool, help with socials for bootstrap)
  • yBAL (support whatever needed doc for this one that is just starting)
  • veYFI (maintain docs, help with social campaign if needed)
  • ydaemon, exporter, subgraph, monthly vaults report infograph, ypriceapi, other peripheral services/processes: I'm available to help with docs or frontend for these whenever needed (also for things like nftreasury or DumpServices)
• When needed to support the above, I also write articles for yearn blog, also I'm in sync with the new newsletter creators to help keep it up now that it has come back
• Support ycreative and partners initiatives, these come more ad-hoc for example now I'm helping corn with a release article for yAudit and draper with yETH social campaign ideas
• Maintain in sync with ySupport team, making sure that devdocs contain the information they need to answer any question more efficiently. I intend to focus more on this interaction in the next months.
• Update announcement channels for Telegram and Discord whenever needed (normally when we post at Twitter)
• Keep experimenting with LLMs and yearn data: I believe there is a lot of value to be found in experimenting with things like ygenius, although this don't have a straightforward use-case yet I am bullish in exploring how to use LLMs to read all relevant data around the yearn ecosystem to feed it to yteams and tokenholders in ways they can use to make well-informed strategic decisions

  • TL;DR: We are building a web page that contains traditional news UX/UI for the homepage, but it's entirely generated by AI from various public yearn data sources (github, discord, onchain), and when you click one "news" you just get redirected to the source link that generated the headline.

• same for yeth, we are approaching the test period for the bootstrap and UI, we will use this to make all missing parts in existing docs ready to be published
• I am syncing with draper and facu to restructure this budget request and move part of the funds that i receive today to https://github.com/yearn/budget/issues/138 because he has been doing newsletter and will also do some articles and I haven't really been doing this part, I hope to focus more on docs (and on personal side AI+crypto experiments)

experimented a lot with stable diffusion + controlnet + QR codes, I believe there is something to explore here in the intersection of AI,crypto, and DAOs/narratives, idk what yet, still learning how to tame the beast
