This request supports my work at Yearn as a contributor focused on DevRel and Engineering Management roles. It focuses on feedback received from the previous period, where most efforts are now directed towards supporting V3 establishment and growth.
The main goals are to:
1) Provide a single point of ownership and accountability for tracking in-development strategies for both internal contributors (IC) and external contributors (EC).
2) Attract and stimulate interest in building V3 strategies through communications, BD meetings, and structured onboarding of partners.
Deliverables
External contributor onboarding for v3 strategies: Finalize workflow, including public repo and queue system being replicated in our current Kanban board.
Expedite peer reviews for both internal and external strategies.
Risk Scoring Provider: Finalize the selection of an external provider for protocol risk scoring, building upon prior exploration of potential protocol scoring providers.
Business Development: Continue supporting the business development initiative, stimulating interest, and streamlining the onboarding process. Plan to get in touch with at least five (5) potential new partners per month.
Engaged key LayerZero stakeholders and obtained a favorable temperature check on depositing up to $5m of their POL to our STG-USDC.e Velodrome factory. Proposal has been posted, and the presentation during the community call is scheduled.
