Funding for the continued development, testing and deployment of the Yearn V3 system.

Since the last budget request we have officially deployed V3 with production vaults on multiple chains.
This budget request is focused on getting the core through the next audit, launching on mainnet, growing TVL and usage as well as the continued development of periphery contracts and other needs to make the full system functional.
Components:
Maintain and update Vault and Strategy core contracts as needed.
Maintain and add to periphery contracts and strategy mixes as needed.
Develop more complex periphery contracts.
Support all Yearn teams that start building on and with the V3 stack.
Support new 3rd parties as they begin to integrate with the V3 system.
Continue support for new chains (ARB, OP, Scroll, Mainnet etc.)
Implement governance systems into the V3 stack.
Build automation systems for the full V3 lifecycle.
Status based on previous budget request goals.
"Official" Launch on at least 2 chains.
First official V3 vaults were launched on Polygon.
Deployment on Arbitrum has begun and should be complete before the end of the budget period
Launch Matic rewards program
Vaults are currently boosted with MATIC rewards.
Polygon strategy hackathon was completed. We now have multiple external teams looking to deploy their strategies that were built.
The UI portion of the bounty program is still ongoing.
Roughly $4m in TVL as of 1/22/24
Plan
Complete version 3.0.2 for the next upcoming Audit on 2/5/24.
Establish framework for 3rd party developers to bring their strategies/vault to prod.
Hand off more of the Yearn implementation to the SMS team.
Apply for further grants in order to bootstrap the ecosystem on new chains.
Develop novel periphery contracts and expand on existing versions, With a focus on automation.
Continue working with Corn to bring in more partners to build on and with V3.

The V3 team still has $25K DAI from the previous request designated for testing and under the control of the V3 mulit-sig that will be rolled over to continue support testing.
There is currently an ongoing Audit by ChainSec of some of the periphery contracts that the previous audits allocations will not fully cover. Once the final amount is due that will need to be added as a one time request.
