Was a good month. Vibe on the discord improved, and pace of answering questions was better. Maintaining quality of answers could be a challenge as we race to help within 15minutes! Shared FAQ within team should help here though.
Also, ySupport team has been proactively redesigning the UI for a smooth welcome for new users. Introduction of private customer support for Yearn admins to handle, as well as and the banning of sharing of links should help eliminate scams.

It’s now over 1 year since the team restarted again and we can take pride in the positive atmosphere in the various support channels. Users are helped quickly and effectively. The aim remains to respond, and solve the users question/issue, within 15minutes.
The presence of our vigilant team ensures scammers and other bad actors are removed immediately, protecting our users from potential attacks. This helps the Yearn community in continuing to be a welcoming and safe space for both whales and those new to DeFi.
People entering our channels should be listened to, felt encouraged to share ideas, and with the expectation that we will help them effectively and efficiently with their Yearn related queries. This is a way for us to measure our performance. We also continue to aim to have a tone of voice that treats users as equals, to communicate authentically in a friendly way.
Finally, the communication with docs and MOM helps ensure the website continues to meet the needs of users. And that UI bugs can be identified early and solutions found.
