Set default repo branch to "develop" #146

Now that we can update yearn.finance again we should change the default branch from "y" to "develop."

I am setting up continuous integration now using GitHub actions. I've created a new branch named "develop." All pushes to "develop" will do the following:

Install dependencies
Run unit tests
Create production bundle
Deploy to S3
Invalidate CloudFront cache

Resolved. Default branch is now "develop"
