FRP: Pull svgs from the asset repo

This is a change to pull the partner svg from the asset repo instead of storing them in this repo

What does this solve ? 🛠

This is so they can be tracked and centrally managed by contributors more easily.

@Itzabelli Should be able to handle this one once the black and white versions of the logos as well as missing logos are in place in the yearn assets repo

Closing this issue as the recently created #158 requests the same thing and seems more active, we will work from 158 moving forward.
