chore: Update dependency versions

Description

The purpose of this pull request is to update the dependencies and the dev Dependencies in the repo. Example of steps used to update each dependency:

1. Use yarn upgrade-interactive --latest to identify the latest version suggested to upgrade our dependency versions.
2. Select and update one by one each dependency.
3. I ran yarn dev and verified that everything is working correctly.
4. In case of a bug, the updated version was removed and the previous version was added again.
5. Finally, I ran yarn lintfix to automatically fix warnings generated since the update.

• @typescript-eslint/parser 5.4.2 → 5.59.7

• eslint 8.32.0 → 8.41.0

• eslint-config-next 13.1.2 → 13.4.4

• eslint-import-resolver-typescript 3.5.3 → 3.5.5

• eslint-plugin-react 7.32.1 → 7.32.2

Motivation and Context

The intention to apply these adjustments is keeping dependency versions as update as possible.

How Has This Been Tested?

I ran yarn dev and confirmed that everything appeared as expected.
