Changes:

Created risk score object in the schema
Risk score objects are added for Single Strategy V3 Vaults on mainnet, polygon and arbitrum
Risk Level values are updated for Single Strategy V3 Vaults on mainnet, polygon and arbitrum
Risk Level values are updated for Multi Strategy V3 Vaults on mainnet, polygon and arbitrum

Final output:

Single Strategy V3 Vaults have: riskScore + riskLevel
Multi Strategy V3 Vaults: riskLevel(highest riskLevel vaule of all strat in the vault)
