Create stats pages for v2 #103

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yearn v1 has a stats page that displays 1 week, 1 month, and inception ROI, as well as Current Strategy, vault holdings, and strategy holdings for each vault (https://v1.yearn.finance/stats). We should replicate something similar to this in v2.

Describe the solution you'd like A stats page that mirrors the stats page from v1, with updated vaults.

Describe alternatives you've considered Not implementing a stats page is not a good option, and this is too much data to integrate elsewhere. Even if we display this data eventually on an individual vault page, we need one location where it's together should users want to view it.

Issue closed; dashboard/stats page will not be added to v2, but will be present in v3.
