Is it ok to contribute a Simplified Chinese translation? #455

Following https://github.com/yearn/yearn-finance/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md#pull-requests, I'm asking before embarking on this "significant" task.

I saw the dapp now supports English and Spanish. I wanted to add Simplified Chinese translation. I'm not a native Chinese speaker, but I'm learning, and I'll use my teacher to check if my translations are ok. I'm also familiar with the yearn app and the crypto space in general, so I hope my translations are high quality.

I've always wanted to contribute to yearn. Let me know if this works, and I'll get started :)
