refactor: allowance and deposit use cases for vault and token interfaces

Description

• Remove from the token interface all vault related functionality.
• Add to vault interface the corresponding use cases for fetching deposit allowance and approving tokens for deposit.
• Add to vault interface the corresponding use cases for fetching withdraw allowance and approving tokens for withdraw.

Motivation and Context

Currently tokens interface has use cases that correspond to vault interface.
