Add withdrawalQueue field to subgraph #169

Currently, the field withdrawalQueue is not implemented at all. I think this field can be implemented using by extending/adding handlers for the following events :

UpdateWithdrawalQueue
StrategyAddedToQueue
StrategyRemovedFromQueue
StrategyAdded
