Vault: Add BlockNumber and Timestamp #172

Add these new fields in the Vault entity:

Update the handler to set these fields with the transaction values, similar to what we do in the other entities (ex: Strategy).

Removing these items, since they are out of the scope of this task

There are not events to track them.
