This is based on @garikoitz work. Let's test and clean up all the code. In particular let's make sure that we haven't broken any old functions or added anything that is esoteric to @garikoitz setup

@libbyhuber one thing to think is how to run this without overwriting previous tractography results. Maybe you should expose a way to redefine the fiber group names such that we can test multiple algorithms without overwriting the results of previous tractography runs
