I used dtiIInit to convert the dwi file and t1 file data to dt6 required for segmentation using AFQ_SegmentFiberGroups. The wholebrainFG file that is a parameter of the function (tracts the neural fibres) is computed using dt6. However, I want to use the precomputed .tck files from Mrtrix to perform tract segmentation and visualization. I am not able to find a suitable way. Some expert advice would be useful.
