在封闭环境没法git handy-ssl怎么办呢 fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/yedf/handy-ssl.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Connection timed out make: *** No rule to make target 'ssl/ssl-conn.o', needed by 'libhandy.a'. Stop.

单独下载 handy-ssl 修改成ssl 然后放到handy目录中继续执行就行
