Update for Moodle 3.11 #15

Hi With our institution upgrading from 3.10 - 3.11 Moodle version this coming summer, our Moodle hosting company will not keep with our 3.10 version of the Pixabay plugin. Do you Have plans to make a 3.11 version available?

Excellent plugin by the way, and would hate to see it being removed.
