Hang on saving results #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows 7 64-bit, currently using OpenDNS
2. Application not run in administrator mode
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
According to the manual, my browser should open with the results. The app is 
stuck on "saving results to c:\users\username\appdata\(etc...)", and the 
application seems to be doing nothing after 5 minutes of waiting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.1 on Win7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

same problem on my laptop. running win 64 bit and exactly same issue

Identical problem with 1.3.1 on a laptop running Win7 Home Premium 32-bit. The 
file namebench_2012-09-10_1840.html has been created, but its size is listed as 
0 bytes.

same issue for myself. after 7-10 mins of waiting to be sure 0kb file size on 
hanging report.

*used chrome as browser win7 64bit

+1 for this issue.  Win7 64bit, chrome.  Namebench gui hangs on "Saving report 
to".  html file is 0kB.  Log file...

Waitaminute.  Ha!  Just as I was typing this, it sprang back to life, wrote the 
report, and opened it in Chrome.

I can't say for sure how long it was hanging there - but it must have been 
10min at least.  CPU was showing 0% for the Namebench processes, so I don't 
know what it was doing...  But if you're having this problem, try waiting a 
*really* long time.
